Referral Program Terms

The short version

Supplement to the Terms & Conditions for the customer referral program. Capitalized terms carry the meanings given there.

1. Eligibility

Referrers must be company owners of a company with an active, paid, good-standing subscription. We may verify eligibility at any time, including when a reward would be granted.

2. Successful Referral

A "Successful Referral" occurs only when a referred company: (a) signs up through the referrer's unique link or code within 30 days of first click; (b) completes account activation including company setup; and (c) completes its first successful subscription payment. Sign-ups without a completed paid subscription do not qualify.

3. Rewards

Per Successful Referral: the referrer's company receives one user seat at $1/month for 3 months, and the referred company receives one user seat at $1/month for 3 months.
Five Successful Referrals: upon the fifth Successful Referral, the referrer's company receives pricing of $1 per user per month for all of its users, regardless of user count, for the period stated in the then-current program description.
Rewards are applied as billing discounts, are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

4. No stacking

A company receives at most one active promotional offer at a time. If more than one offer could apply, the single best offer (as published in our FAQ) applies. A referral that is superseded by a better offer for the referred company still counts toward the referrer's Successful Referral total.

5. Revocation & clawback

If the referred company's qualifying payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, or if a referral was obtained through fraud or abuse, the related rewards on both sides end, and the referral is removed from the referrer's total (which may end a five-referral reward already granted).

6. Prohibited conduct

Self-referral in any form (including referring an account you control or that shares your payment method), fake or duplicate accounts, misleading solicitation, spam, and any manipulation of the program are prohibited. We may withhold or revoke rewards and suspend or terminate program participation or accounts for violations.

7. Program changes

We may modify, suspend, or end the referral program prospectively at any time. Rewards already active for a company are honored for their stated duration.

8. Governing law; venue

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any claim or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
