Founding Member Program Terms

The short version

Supplement to the Terms & Conditions for the Founding Member introductory pricing program.

1. Offer

Founding Member pricing is $1 per user per company per month for the first 3 months, then standard plan pricing, with at least 7 days' advance notice of the transition by email. The program is limited to a configurable seat pool while it lasts.

2. Legacy cohort carve-out

Companies that joined before the 3-month term was introduced keep their original terms (no stated end date). The seat-pool cap and the 3-month term apply to new signups only.

3. Activation & global offer rules

The offer activates on the company's first successful Stripe charge, not at signup. It is subject to the global offer rules in the Terms & Conditions: offers do not stack (the single best applicable offer applies), and the program may be modified or withdrawn prospectively, with offers already active for a company honored for their stated duration.

4. Revocation & clawback

If the qualifying charge is refunded, reversed, or disputed, or the offer was procured by fraud or abuse, remaining benefits end and standard pricing applies.

5. Governing law; venue

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any claim or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
