Program Terms

Affiliate Program Terms

The short version

Supplement to the Terms & Conditions for approved affiliates.

Version 2026-07-20-draft-1

Draft — pending legal review. This document is prepared for review by a licensed Arizona attorney and is not yet a published, binding contract. Items marked [REVIEW: counsel] need business or legal confirmation before publication.

1. Enrollment

Affiliate applications are reviewed and approved at our discretion. Affiliates are independent contractors; nothing creates employment, agency, partnership, or authority to bind us.

2. Links & attribution

Approved affiliates receive a unique tracked link. Attribution is last-touch with a 30-day window, determined by our systems, whose records are controlling. We may suspend links immediately upon suspected abuse.

3. Customer offer

New companies subscribing through a valid affiliate link receive $1 per user per month for their first 6 months, then standard pricing. The offer does not stack with other promotions (best single offer applies) and activates on the company's first successful payment.

4. Commission

Commission accrues only on collected revenue from validly attributed accounts and is reversed for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud. No commission is owed on accounts attributed through prohibited conduct.

[REVIEW: counsel] Commission rate, revenue window, payout schedule, and minimum payout threshold are a pending business decision (growth open decision #2) and must be stated in the approval notice / dashboard before publication.

5. Marketing rules

Affiliates must comply with applicable law (including FTC endorsement guidelines — clear disclosure of the affiliate relationship), accurately describe the Service, and must NOT send spam, bid on our brand keywords in paid search, use cookie stuffing or forced clicks, imply endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship, or make earnings/results claims we have not published.

6. Term & termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate for violation of these terms, with forfeiture of unpaid commission attributable to the violation. Validly accrued, non-forfeited commission at termination is paid on the next scheduled payout.

7. Program changes

We may modify commission terms, offers, or these terms prospectively with notice via the affiliate dashboard or email; continued participation after the effective date is acceptance.

8. Governing law; venue

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any claim or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
